-Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company mainly Japanese clients
-Business development of new clients
-Involved in sales and marketing activities
-Analyses potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
-Analyses market news, trends, local law, and regulations in construction sector and making report regularly
-Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with internal department and external parties include media representatives, and other professionals to implementcstrategies across multiple channels.
-Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities
-Establish customer base relations and its management database
-Develop campaigns and other activities that will help increase the recognition of the company
-Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to the management
-Minimum 5-year experience of relevant experience
-Diploma/Degree in any field
-Command of oral and written English and Japanese (Proficiency: N1)
-Excellent computer knowledge
-Good time management skills and able to deliver assignments under tight deadlines
-Good organisation and presentation skills
-Demonstrate excellent database operational skills
