【職務内容】
・Responsible for sales of technically oriented products/service.
・Responsible for organization, administration and implementation of company’s sales objectives.
・Develops maximum profitability based on current and potential customers.
・Supervises sales personnel and directs their efforts towards meeting prescribes sales targets.
・Harmonize with in-house support, for order processing, project team and instruments’ documentation.
・Coordinate with service team to ensure service requests are being attended to.
・May service personally to selected major accounts.
・Provide leadership to support technical solutions, proposal and project execution strategies.
・Co-ordinate, develop and implement project plan.
・Allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan.
・Lead and motivate the project team.
・Analyze the actual performance against the project target.
・Develop close rapport with the customers, work and coordinate closely with customer before and during the project implementation.
・Work closely with Marketing to plan and implement promotional seminars. Provide feedback and market input to the marketing team.
・Ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s environmental and safety regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff.
・Responsible for the provision of safe and healthy working environment for all staff
・Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
